Who am i

Hello, I’m Olivia.

I’m a coach, mentor, and accountant with a deep passion for authenticity and honesty.

Everything good in my life has come from being true to myself. I’ve worked hard to manage my behaviour, avoid becoming a victim of my emotions, and still stay true to who I am at my core.

You’ll find me happiest with my dog, hiking or running up a hill — probably on the phone to my sister or listening to a podcast by Andrew Huberman or Peter Attia.

Who are you

You’re ready…

You want to live authentically but feel stuck or held back by expectations — your own or others’. You’re done with pretending and want to be yourself, fully and freely.

You’re working through self-doubt, emotional ups and downs, or the pressure to be a version of yourself that doesn’t feel right. Most importantly, you’re ready to take responsibility for who you are and where your life is going.

You’re looking for practical, honest, and supportive guidance to break through what’s holding you back and build a life rooted in truth, meaning, and freedom.

I get it…

I’ve done (and continue to do) the work myself. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, wrestle with self-doubt, and question whether you’re "doing it right" or not.

I also know the freedom that comes from facing those fears, taking responsibility, and learning to live as yourself — without apology.

Not in a “I’m like Marmite, take it or leave it” way, but in a “we’re all just little mammals trying to do our best in the world” way.

My approach is practical, honest, and based on real experience. I’ll help you challenge unhelpful patterns, take ownership of your choices, and build a life that truly feels like yours.

If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to guide and support you — without judgement, but with the clarity and honesty you need to move forward.

Are you ready..?!

More about me…

Bad habits I have stopped: smoking, drinking, drugs, taking things personally, perfectionism, self-loathing, trying to be/thinking I am right

Bad habits I am still working on: comparison, shouting at cyclists on footpaths when I’m running or walking my dog, emotional reactivity, listing things as good or bad

Good habits I have curated: obnoxious morning/evening routines, daily exercise, breathwork, eating disgusting meals to prevent food waste (e.g. soggy salad-bag soup), celebrating success, yoga nidra, daily learning
