people always ask me…
I’ll ask something like “what do you want to work on today?” and we’ll go from there.
Simple questions, honest answers. Nothing daunting, and definitely no tricks!
The key is knowing what to ask next and supporting you to be open in your answers.
how does it work?
what is your role as the coach?
Good question! My role is to create a space where you feel safe to talk openly and honestly, a judgement-free zone led by compassion and curiosity. I don’t have the answers, and I won’t give advice or opinions. I’ll provide gentle challenge and ask the right questions to help you find your own path forward — if you’re up for it.
I get it, it’s a big deal! But you’ve come this far for a reason. Only you can know if you’re ready — it’s your journey, your growth, for your benefit. If grabbing the bull by the horns feels too daunting, then you need to accept the choice to stay where you are with the issues you currently have — and that’s perfectly fine. I love that for you.
I’m not sure i’m ready?
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Do you feel stuck or like you're not reaching your full potential? Are you ready to grow, even if it feels scary? Coaching is for those ready to make changes, get uncomfortable, and look at their behaviours and patterns with fresh eyes. If you're not ready to do that, then coaching might not be for you — and that's okay.
WHat if I don’t know what to work on?
Totally normal! I didn’t know either when I started. We’ll work together to understand where you are right now and figure out what to focus on from there. I have a range of tools designed to help you uncover what’s important to you, and we’ll use them to find your next steps. And remember, priorities can shift — it’s completely normal for your focus to change as the sessions progress.
do i need to do any prep work beforehand?
No specific prep required! Just come with an open mind. The most important thing is that you’re in a quiet, calm space where you won’t be disturbed. Kids, pets, or the public interrupting could really kill the vibe.
how do i track my progress?
Progress is tracked through our conversations, your reflections, and some tools I use. We’ll check in regularly to see how you’re feeling and if adjustments are needed. It’s important to me that I’m supporting you toward your goals. If progress isn’t happening as quickly as you’d like, that’s not a failure — it just gives us more to dig into and explore what’s really going on!
Yes, please! One of my special interests is early family dynamics and subconscious programming, so I’m genuinely interested in hearing about your upbringing and your relationships with your family! Seriously, this is a safe, non-judgemental space, and everything is confidential (unless I’m concerned about your safety or the safety of others). After all, real growth only comes from tackling the real stuff.
Can I bring up personal topics in coaching?
how do i start?
Book a fifteen-minute intro call. Do it, and it’s done.
WHat if I don’t like you?
Fair question. I’ve made this site as real and reflective of me as possible — so however you’re finding it (honest, open, maybe even a bit obnoxious), that’s me. That’s why I offer a short intro call: minimal commitment, maximum clarity.
how many sessions do I need?
It depends on what you want to work on — there’s no one-size-fits-all. Bundles work best for building rapport and making deeper shifts over time, but you can start where it feels right and add more if needed.
Life happens, and we’re only human — I get it! I always strive to be flexible. This process is about commitment, so it should be a priority for both of us. Repeated last-minute cancellations or changes will result in me reciting the T’s & C’s (possibly in song form), and performances do come with a charge.
what if i need to cancel?
Costs vary based on the number and length of sessions. I keep pricing fair — never more than I’d pay myself. We’ll chat upfront to find what works best for you.
WHat does it cost?
how do i pay?
It’s a simple invoice and bank transfer process. The full package is due upfront, before the sessions begin.
i’m not sure i can afford it?
Let’s talk! Reach out, and we can discuss a payment plan. I don’t want cash flow to stand in the way of your growth. Investing in yourself is part of the process — it’s about prioritising your readiness for change and holding yourself accountable.
